A few things to keep in mind before placing an order with Bad Student ✷
Philippines Fulfillment
Orders placed through badstudent.store are currently fulfilled within the Philippines only.
Some releases and publications may instead be available through Bad Student Press depending on location and availability.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and prepared in-studio.
Please allow around 3–7 business days for processing before shipment, especially during releases, events, workshop weeks, or high-volume periods.
Some made-to-order or preorder items may require additional preparation time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times after dispatch may vary depending on location and courier availability.
- Metro Manila: around 1–3 business days
- Luzon: around 3–7 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: around 5–14 business days
Delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, regional serviceability, or courier operations may occasionally occur.
Combined Orders
If your order includes preorder or made-to-order items, shipment may only be scheduled once all items are ready.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method used.
Once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are no longer fully within our control.
Bad Student is not responsible for delays caused by courier services after dispatch.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Bad Student is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details submitted during checkout.
Returned Parcels
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information may require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos if available.
We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are produced in small batches or as limited releases, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, feel free to reach out before filing any claims or disputes.
